Pleats are a fun, flirty design element that I really like to incorporate into my wardrobe. These dresses are from the "Indie Treasure Trove" Modcloth. As you can see, pleats aren't just for cheerleaders or mens trousers. The Betsy Johnson dress (shown in red) uses pleats to accomplish a whimsical look, whereas the two black dresses add flare to an otherwise simple design.
